In this life, we all have choices. These choices that can set us up for success or failure. But, the beauty is that the choice is ALL OURS!
In business and in life we all have something to give….something to offer. You were born to produce. Whether you are producing goods, offering a service, teaching a skill or simply emitting energy…it all MATTERS.
We all know that discussions of the bible can bring about heavy debate…..but hear me out. Some people believe the bible verbatim and some take from it what they think is valuable. Some people don’t believe in it at all…but I’m going to leave those people out of this because “Jesus is my Homey”!
I digress.
In the bible there’s the Book of Jeremiah. In verse 4-6 Jeremiah gets “Called from God”.
It goes like this:
God: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations”.
Jeremiah: “Ah Sovereign Lord, I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.
God: “Do not say, ‘I am only a child’. You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you”.
The truth is God knew you, as he knew Jeremiah, long before you were born or even conceived. He thought about you and has a plan for you, a destination if you will. How you get there is all based upon your “choices”. Choose wisely and give of yourself. Don’t be afraid.
You have something to give that no one else on earth has. It’s true of all of us. We all have skills and talents that make us unique. What talents are you giving back to the universe? What skills are you sharing with the world? Do it! Do it Now! GIVE…and give so freely that people look forward to seeing you coming.
